JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, offices, common areas, and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Responsibilities: 
1. Cleans the offices, classrooms, student success spaces, clubrooms, common-area restrooms, common areas, amenities, vacant units, and occupied spaces daily or as directed by the appropriate supervisor. 

2. Ensures all shared student bathrooms are cleaned daily and that occupied unit bathrooms are cleaned per provided schedule or as directed by the appropriate supervisor

3. Ensure all vacant units are cleaned and maintained regularly as directed by the appropriate supervisor.

4. Assists in the student turnover process by performing additional duties requested by the appropriate supervisor. 

5. Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to students, team members, guests, and others. 

6. Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary. 

Required Licenses or Certifications: 
•    Incumbents must have valid driver’s licenses to operate a golf cart on the property.

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
