Job Summary:
The Housekeeping at K1 Speed is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facility. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Housekeeping will ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, well-maintained, and safe for customers and staff.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, walls, and surfaces throughout the facility.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
3. Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.
4. Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, waiting areas, and dining areas, ensuring they are neat and inviting for customers.
5. Assist in maintaining the outdoor areas, including parking lots, walkways, and entrance areas, by removing trash and debris and reporting any safety hazards.
6. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing broken fixtures, and repairing equipment.
7. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any damages or issues to the management team.
8. Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for special events or corporate functions.
9. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for self, staff, and customers.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
5. Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
6. Basic handyman skills, including the ability to perform minor repairs.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
9. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
