The Housekeeping Assistant provides administrative assistance to the division. The Assistant is responsible for:
Ordering office/department suppliesManage attendance & disciplineCertificate of meritsManaging light duty personnelAssist with lottery drawing & making changes in Lemaland Schedule ProgramSafety/work injury citationsEOM paperworkRequest checks and make paymentsManage meeting agendasPetty cash reimbursementManage Director’s calendar and answer phonesResearch guest complaintsAssist with office visitorsQualificationsRequirements:
Requires a working knowledge of Hotel systems to include Opera, HotSoS, MS Office & scheduling software2 years of administrative experience is preferredProficiency in MS OfficeExpert level skill for Excel, Access database, PowerPointAbility to build webpagesMinimum of one year experience in administrative position and/or scheduling operations in a large resort21 years of age or olderAdditional InformationWynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
