What You Will DoThe Housekeeping Aide plays an important role in facility, by maintaining the cleanliness of the building, along with preparing rooms for new admissions. We are looking for a person with an understanding of cleaning equipment experience. By making sure the building is in the best condition, our staff can continue to provide the best care to our residents.
Responsibilities Completes all tasks from the Environmental Services Manager Thoroughly cleans floors and other assigned areas, while maintaining a safe environment Handles laundry operations to ensure clean and sanitary products are delivered, as needed. Assists with all necessary tasks to prepare rooms for new admissions Ensure that shelves are properly stocked Manage and schedule Environmental Services department schedule Qualifications Must possess High School diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of experience of housekeeping/environmental services Previous experience in Long term care and familiarity with state and federal regulations is preferred. Must be able to participate in on call rotation
