About the location:

Attends all scheduled training sessions
Cleans and self inspects areas assigned to them
Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery; reports defects and accidents to management immediately.
Any emergencies are to be reported directly to Security and manager.
Is competent in MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures and trained in accident response
Assists in general departmental administration
Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations and department procedures and policies.
Dress in issued uniform and ensure a neat, clean and tidy appearance at all times.
Wear your name tag.
Wear your Mask at all time when working on premises.
Take extra caution when handling fragile and breakable items.
Report to work on time, aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time as stated in Employee Handbook (“Attendance”).
Clean P.C. Houses, Department Head Units and Public Areas at eResort (including GYM, Cinema, Laundry and TV Rooms, Common Restrooms, eResort Office and Stores, Security Room, Smoking areas, Courtyard and Tent, hallways) following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards.
Ensure all vacated Employee Units are cleaned promptly as per standards to minimize any waiting period for New Arriving Employees.
Restock vacated units with the standard inventory (sheets, towels, washing powder/liquid, hangers, adapters, fruit and water amenity, welcome letters and cards, etc).
Inspect Vacant Units (1) time per week checking for any maintenance issues.
Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area.
Ensure the Housekeeping store are kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
Carefully care and rinse out and dry, cleaning equipment and return to its proper place.
Assist to reduce wastage of supplies and amenities by proper handling, usage and storage.
Inform Housekeeping Supervisor/eResort Assistant Manager/ eResort Manager of any maintenance, repairs needed or damages in the P.C. Housing and all other areas of eResort.
Report any belongings found in Vacated Units to Housekeeping Supervisor /eResort Assistant Manager/ eResort Manager and Security.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Well informed of basic hotel information in order to assist any guest/resident or fellow employees when asked.
Inform the Housekeeping Supervisor /eResort Assistant Manager/ eResort Manager of any unusual events immediately
Communicate any special instructions during handover at the end of every shift.
Maintain good working relationship and communication with other departments.
Ensure all units and storage rooms are locked securely upon departure.
Complete weekly and monthly deep cleaning projects
Able to work without constant supervision.
Employees will receive a 60 minute lunch break, if employee needs to leave their work area for any reason, their Supervisor must be informed
