We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to assist with the delivery of excellence in our heart of house. Work in a fun team environment with some of the best views in Queenstown!
This role will be covering a range of general housekeeping duties during the quiet times at the lodge. The role will cover x2 night shifts per week on Monday and Tuesday. The remainder of the shifts will be approximately 6.00pm - 2.00am. Please do not apply for this role if you are unable to do the hours specified.
What you will do
We take pride in the presentation and cleanliness of our beautiful property. Our Housekeeping Attendants have an important role when it comes to creating memorable experiences for our guests. The duties include:
Washing and turn over of staff uniforms Assist with early/late departures Ensure lodge is clean and tidy by cleaning the floors, carpets, emptying rubbish bins, resetting fireplaces etcPatrol all guest areasRe-stocking supplies, including linen and cleaning suppliesOther cleaning duties including cleaning of carpets, upholstered furniture, and polishing furnitureTaking pride in the appearance of the propertyWhat you will bring
The successful candidate will have:
A passion for service delivery and the hospitality industryCleaning experience, ideally in a 4/5 star Hotel/Resort environmentStrong communication skillsA high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsFlexibility - able to work the shift times specified above, including weekendsWhat we offer
