Position Overview:

Teddy Morse’s Destination Daytona is currently looking for a Housekeeping Attendant at the Clarion Inn in Daytona Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

 

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies.Restock room amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens according to hotel standards.Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces are spotless.Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.Ensure a high level of cleanliness in all common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators.Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services, ensuring a positive guest experience.Follow all safety and security protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Maintain an organized cart and supply closet, restocking items as needed.Communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments to coordinate room readiness.Adhere to the hotel's cleanliness and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the housekeeping team. Qualifications 1 year of experience in similar role.Must be able to lift and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
