Key Accountabilities:
Answers all incoming calls and correctly communicates them for execution as per the Peninsula standards Handles guest enquiries and complaints professionally and relays them promptly Coordinates all administrative work in the Housekeeping Office Ensures the proper recording of all information, including lost-and-found items
General Requirements:
A hotel school graduate with relevant experience is highly preferred Has good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
