HOURS: 24 per week

SALARY: £12.31 per hour

Reporting to the Head of Housekeeping, your main job duties will include, but are not limited to:

Supporting the daily operation of the department in the absence of the Manager and Deputy Manager Conducting daily inspections of units to ensure they meet our strict quality standards Playing a key role in the induction and training of new and existing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion Mentoring new and existing team members, ensuring they understand and embody our company culture Ensuring the efficient use of products and materials by all team members, strictly following sustainability guidelines Leading by example at all times, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continual improvement Being a great teammate, supporting your department and the resort as a whole Assigning accommodations to each team member

Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include:

Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is crucial The ability to multi-task and work under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Computer literacy Motivational and negotiation skills are advantageous The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team A ‘can do’ and positive approach

The successful candidate will work three days a week, 24 hours total, including weekends and Bank Holidays, on a shift/rota basis.
