POSITION SUMMARY

**FLOOR TECH EXPERIENCE REQUIED FOR THIS ROLE*** POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the floor care of the facility. The routine work of this employee, depending upon area of assignment, consists of stripping, buffing, waxing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface cleaning all floors. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent
PREFERRED EDUCATION: N/A
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 years of Environmental Services/housekeeping experience in an institutional environmental services department with at least 2 years of which were in a healthcare facility.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Supervisory experience
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: N/A
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Certified Professional Housekeeping (AHA)
