HOUSEKEEPING FLOOR SUPERVISOR - HOTEL Company HOTEL SOUTH IBIZA Position description Must generate trust from their immediate superior who is the Housekeeping Manager and from the whole team under them.
To know, teach and supervise the quality standards in procedure and presentation of the hotel rooms, as well as the quality standards applicable in the public and private areas of the hotel, which are the reference point to be taken into account when supervising or inspecting the hotel.
Know how to skillfully and professionally clean rooms and public/private areas in order to effectively train, correct and supervise the tasks assigned.
KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THE PMS and/or HK APP. IT skills are very important. The hotel PMS (Property Management System), software that allows you to manage the hotel and other applications for Housekeeping if necessary.
Knowing how to manage your team, lead, guide, motivate, generate collaboration and involvement of the people who make up the Housekeeping department to achieve departmental and hotel objectives. Position requirements *Previous experience (2-4years) in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
*2 years work experience on equal or higher positions.
*Computer Skills.
*Demonstrated aptitude for the financial aspects of a housekeeping operation, including the successful identification of expense reduction through cost control
*Good Organisation skills, interpersonal skills, team player, international exposure.
