THE JOB:

As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of assigned housekeeping areas. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE SCEHDULE: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Day: 8:30 am to 5:30 pmSwing: 2:30 pm to 12:00 am

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned area.Monitor overall performance and efficiency.Supervise, train, direct, and assist all employees.Distribute workload fairly and evenly.Conduct daily briefings with Guest Room Attendants and House Persons.Schedule regular meetings to discuss operations and guest service.Ensure cleanliness of rooms, hallways, lockers, and lobbies.Perform daily written inspections of guest rooms as per department standards.Conduct frequent visual inspections of guest rooms and public areas.Monitor the work productivity of Guest Room Attendants and House Persons.Communicate any productivity issues to the Executive Assistant Housekeeper.Counsel and discipline employees for policy violations.Provide regular feedback on job responsibilities and guest service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Possesses a high school diploma.Has at least 2+ years of experience in a hospitality environment.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$42,112.58 - $69,065.05

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
