Job Description

CMI Management LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Janitorial Custodial Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment at our 200 sq ft client site in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly conditionPerform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugsPerform routine maintenance tasksOrganize custodial closets and spacesMaintain working condition of cleaning equipment

QualificationsA minimum of five (5) years proven experience in the housekeeping/janitorial services supervisory experience in a building of 200k sq feet with demonstrated experience in supervision.The ability to schedule and record work, write reports and communicate effectively with other persons in English.Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fieldsAbility to handle physical workloadStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skills
