Housekeeping Manager - Washington Hilton

Washington Hilton is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join their team! This 1107-room property is within blocks of Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan, with The White House and National Mall less than two miles away! This position will oversee a team of about 160 Housekeeping team members and approximately 20-75 per shift.

Shift Pattern: AM, MID and PM shifts, starting as early as 7AM, and ending as late as 11PM. Weekends and holidays required.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nManage daily Housekeeping operations to include, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms\nEnsure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner\nManage daily systems use and management, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation\nAssist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward\nOversee and conduct room inspections\nRecruit, interview and train team members\n
