Hilton Stockholm Slussen is recruiting for a quality focused Housekeeping Shift Leader to join our team. The position is full-time, average 40 hours per week during summer months June, July and August.

·         Provide great guest service through ensuring a welcoming and clean environment throughout the hotel in line with Hilton standards.

·         Take ownership of the team during your shift to ensure team efficiencies and cleanliness quality targets are met.

·         Ensure checklists and room cleaning lists are created and updated for the shift

·         Ensure cleanliness quality by checking hotel rooms and public areas and give continuous feedback to the team.

·         Be embedded in the daily operation to drive team performance and to lead by example at all times.

·         Assist in training and development of the team on shift

·         Assist in ordering of laundry and guest amenities

·         Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team as well as with colleagues from other departments by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.

Qualifications – What are we looking for:

Experience working within a housekeeping department in a larger hotel or similar is beneficial

You might be ready to take on your first supervisory role or have worked in a supervisory role for a few years.

A hotel management/service degree or similar is beneficial.

Able to communicate in both Swedish and English. A third language is beneficial.

You enjoy a flexible working schedule including a mix of evenings and daytime as well as weekends.

A valid work permit for Sweden is required.
