We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey.  Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

·       A Working Supervisory Role. 

·       Maintain a clean facility by cleaning daily, weekly or monthly as needed.

·       Ordering of cleaning supplies. 

·       Provide feedback on housekeeping staff.

·       Assists with employee disciplinary actions.

·       Develops staff schedule.

·       Conducts staff performance evaluations.

·       Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.

·       Other duties as assigned.

 

Technical Competencies:

Employee will complete daily duties for assigned units and oversee all housekeeping issues within the facility.
