Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Department Housekeeper, we are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of this busy department whilst maintaining the highest level of cleaning standards. You will:

Inspire your team with a guest-centric approach to your work.Be focused on brand standards, details and cleanliness.Train, coach and guide a team of enthusiastic industry potentials.Be hands on, leading and supporting the team through your actions.
Qualifications
Experience in a supervisory role within a Hotel and collaborating with business stakeholdersHave the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goalsStrong presentation skills and organisational skillsHigh degree of self-awareness with demonstrated aptitude for self-improvement
