Job Description We are looking for a motivated and energetic Housekeeping Supervisor:in to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Job Summary:
Together with our Director of Housekeeping, you are responsible for the cleanliness of the entire hotel, as well as for the organisation and checking of the roomsYou will be responsible for training and onboarding new colleagues and trainees as well as their development, leadership and motivationGuiding of short training sessions to prepare the team for daily workYou will be responsible for managing our high-quality uniforms and have a close collaboration with our laundry departmentRequired Skills:several years of professional experience in a similar positionreliable and talent for coordination and management skillsYou have an open-minded personality and the satisfaction of your team and our guests is particularly important to youYou are passionate about your job, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your styleYou have very good hosting and communication skills in German & English
