Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any Hospitality course or equivalent At least 6 months to 1 year relevant experience Has strong attention to details Can delegate tasks to team members Has excellent guest service skills Must be able to manage and supervise Must be able to work long hours of repetitive physical tasks
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting guests and responding to queries Assists the Housekeeping Head Ensures the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas Assisting in auditing HK inventories Oversees activities of Room Attendants Inspection and releasing of vacant rooms Prepares room attendants worksheet
