Maintain cleanliness of the community through the operation of specialized equipmentUtilize work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setupsAssist with movement and delivery of heavy objects/packagesRemove trash with proper handling, including refuse and recyclingMaintain hard floor surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, as well as carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuumingWhat you will need
Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques is preferredAbility to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment, and any other equipment necessary for the cleanliness of the communityAbility to work independently and as a contributing team memberMay be required to maintain a valid driver’s license as a condition of employment.Must have a history of safe driving as noted through a Motor Vehicle Record check, if driving is requiredJoin our team as a Housekeeping Utility Worker, responsible for cleaning building areas, floors, and surfaces, setting up rooms for events, and removing trash.
