MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

High School graduate (prior to 2016) or Completion of Grade 10/Junior High School (starting 2016)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 80 hours on caregiving/handling specific type of residents under care

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.    Counsels residents and initiates constructive social atmosphere;

2.    Explains the purpose, procedures, and rules and regulations of the center;

3.    Directs the work, study, and recreational activities;

4.    Supervises the group living chores, meals, personal hygiene, care of clothing’s;

5.    Coordinates with other professional staff regarding individual reports;

6.    Participates/attend staff meetings, seminars, and other center activities; and

7.    Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
