Job Description

 One (1) Houseparent II (Contractual)   

I.          TERMS OF REFERENCE                     

    Salary Grade                           :  6 (Php 16,877.00)                     

    Status of  Employment            :  Contractual                     

    Location/Office                        :  Region 7                         

    Program/Division/Unit             :  RSCC                     

    Reports to                               :  Center Head

 

 II.            QUALIFICATION GUIDE                  

                Minimum Qualification:                              

                Education                                : High School Graduate  

                Training                                   : None Required            

                Experience                              : None Required     

                Eligibility                                  : None Required                      

 

                Preferred Qualification:

                Education     :  Completion of Two (2) years in College                                                                            /College Level                              

                Training        :  None Required       

                Experience   :  1 year of relevant experience as Houseparent                                                                   /caregiver; Well versed with the standards of Hygiene and                                                sanitation; strong interpersonal and communication                                                        skills; Skill in non-violent  communication is an advantage                    Eligibility        :   National Certification II in Caregiving
