Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the Installation and Environment Division Housing Branch of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO. Responsibilities You will interview and counsel military and DoD personnel seeking housing assistance. You will assign or terminate occupancy of PPV quarters. You will assist with the Allotment Process and access Unit Diary to prepare and certify allotments. You will provide personnel with information regarding HUD programs or other subsidized housing programs, referring applications to appropriate housing projecs under various program for which they qualify. You will inspect existing and new properties to ensure that they are safe and sanitary. You will assist in the collection of data and preparation of the annual Family and Unaccompanied Personnel Housing Requirements Survey. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing information and counseling to personnel seeking housing referral services.
