Overview:
Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of associate housing, including check-ins, check-outs, room inspections, and incident response.Supervise and schedule housing team members, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance support.Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and housing policies.Serve as a liaison between residents and park leadership to address concerns and enhance the housing experience.Coordinate with Facilities and Security teams to maintain a safe and functional living environment.Plan and support community-building activities and housing events.Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and incident reports.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality, Property Management, or related field preferred.1–2 years of supervisory experience in housing, hospitality, or property management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
