As the Housing Supervisor, you should be knowledgeable in guest experience and will be responsible for camper and guest housing and housekeeping at all properties owned by Woodward West. This role will engage and collaborate with other departments. Important attributes such as the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, be detail oriented, flexible and have excellent communication are crucial. Your leadership will guide guests through a safe, fun, engaging, and memorable Woodward experience.
This position will oversee the placement of campers and VIPs in appropriate housing, resolve any housing conflicts, and ensure that cleaning standards are being adhered to with a focus on enhancing the guest experience. The Housing Supervisor will ensure housing needs of our guests, staff, and campers are being met in a prompt and appropriate manner. The ability to professionally communicate and engage with VIP guests, campers and their families, while directly involved with camper arrivals and departures each week.
With an eye for standards, this role will have oversight in housekeeping operations. You will be responsible for elevating and providing a high level of cleanliness and sanitation. This role will provide support and guidance with housekeepers to maintain healthy, clean and sanitized housing and restroom facilities for campers, staff, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Service Excellence
Provide a warm and welcome atmosphere for VIPs, campers, and staff.
Guide and support all established guest experience standards.
Support various areas of the customer relationship to drive positive NPS movement and loyalty. Work with other departments to improve the guest experience.
Gather and communicate trends on customer sentiments and feedback to support operational improvements and innovation.
Communicate all maintenance needs to uphold a safe and sanitized facilities.
Complete walkthroughs of accommodations on a scheduled and random basis.
Lead by example to guests and co-workers, creating positive and inspiring environment.
Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Preferred Experience/Special Skills
Customer service experience
High school degree or equivalent preferred
Ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, comfortable presenting and deploying new technologies
Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time
Demonstrated broad technical knowledge of management techniques
Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team

Basic Schedule/Requirements
FBI and DOJ fingerprint screening required.
Must successfully-pass a background screening to ensure suitability of contact with minor children and the public, in accordance with Federal, state and local jurisdictions.
