Kingdom Academy have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housing Tutor/Mentor to join their established team.
The Housing Tutor provides academic and practical support to students, professionals, or individuals interested in housing policies, real estate management, and affordable housing development.
The tutor delivers instruction, guidance, and mentorship on topics such as housing regulations, finance, urban planning, and property management.
Where: Remote with occasional travel to client premises or Kingdom Head Office, WA12 area.

Hours: 37.52 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am- 17:00pm.
Salary: £39,000.00 Per Annum.

Responsibility for delivering housing workshops to learners on apprenticeship programmes and commercial courses. Prepare and deliver workshops (face to face or remotely using Microsoft teams). Assess learner work through our E Learning Platform. To support learners through their qualifications using a variety of assessment methods which include observations, assignment marking, portfolio support. To mentor and support learners through their learning journey including the completion of tutorials and reviews. Able to self-manage, get learners through the programme in a timely way and meet Kingdom Academy Key Performance Indicators. Produce reports as required.What we need from you – role skill base requirements:
Must be able to deliver accredited housing qualifications at a minimum of Level 4. Experience of delivering engaging and interactive workshops remotely using Microsoft Teams (Essential). Use of learner management systems. Delivery of regulated housing qualifications. Preparing and delivering workshops to learners. Assessing learner work through a multitude of assessment methods e.g assignment marking and observation. Mentoring and supporting of learners. Working in an adult education environment including apprenticeships. Level 3 Award in Education and Training minimum teaching qualification requirement (essential or must be prepared to achieve this). Level 4 CIH qualification (essential). Level 5 CIH qualification (desirable). CAVA/TAQA – assessors qualification (essential). A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.
