The Industrial Print Customer Success organization in the Americas Region is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMO (Project Management Office) and Financial Analyst to join our Operation Team. This hybrid role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of project management practices, financial analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the PMO in project governance and management while also overseeing financial data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
This role is responsible for overseeing customer and organizational projects of significant size, complexity, and high risks and ensuring that the engagements meet all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. The role leads business development efforts, maintaining upper-level client relationships, and cultivating new opportunities with clients and internal leadership. The role heads project teams of fewer than 40 individuals across multiple segments and ensures the achievement of key performance indicators. The role also collaborates across departments to align projects with customer priorities and contributes to complex projects and change management priorities while fostering relationships and providing mentorship.
This role is also responsible for financial management of key activities: P&L stability, Vendor management, PO budgeting, analysis, and cost management. Coordinates with accounting and finance team members to maintain revenue, cost and margin targets.
Responsibilities
Financial Analysis Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and monitor project budgets and financial forecasts to ensure project cost efficiency.Perform variance analysis between actual and planned project costs, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.Monitor financial performance for all assigned projects, ensuring proper financial tracking and reporting.Analyze financial data to assist with decision-making and resource allocation for projects.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate financial plans and forecasts.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting processes.Assist in the development of financial models and business cases for new projects and initiatives.

The base pay range for this role is $93,150 to $140,650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
