HP ROPU SA Controller
The position


Provide effective and efficient support in the areas of Planning, Reporting, and Business Partnering, as well as Controlling. Collaborate and support improvement projects to maximize the return on investment in customer engagement and contribute to simpler and more efficient internal processes within the HP ROPU Controlling team.

 


Tasks and responsabilities

 

Lead and coordinate the Budgeting process for LTF and O+1. Additionally, manage the monthly actual reporting process and outlook submission.Support the Business Unit and OPUs by providing relevant information in a structured manner and with the appropriate level of detail regarding reporting and planning processes.Provide direct support to the CMD regarding HP's financial status and reporting.As an HPLT member, actively participate in HP Committee meetings and collaborate in the decision-making process from a financial perspective.Act as a business partner to the HP ROPU SA Management Committee regarding budget control, business performance, and ad-hoc projects.Implement Corporate Controlling strategies and processes.Provide clear guidance to the OPUs to ensure consistent application of guidelines and procedures across ROPU SA, avoiding duplication of work and simplifying processes.Align with the ROPU Center Controlling Team on processes and timelines concerning planning and reporting.Prepare and share a set of internal management reports and dashboards.

 


Requirements

 

Professional Accountant, Economics, or related careers.Professional experience in similar positions and experience in budget processes ( full P&L)Advanced Level Excel, Power BI and SAP ManagementEnglish - Advanced LevelThinking and analytical work.Planning and organization.Customer orientation (Business Partnering)Assertive communication.Decide and act quickly.
