This role is responsible for providing tactical and strategic administrative support to the Vice President of the Services Category Executive within HP Solutions Organization.
The role entails general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments / meetings, managing calendars, handling emails, coordinating travel plans and managing expenses. It means hosting staff calls including managing agenda and sending meeting notes.
This role requires excellent communication skills to work effectively with a very large network of Executive Assistants across L2, L3 and L4 levels to ensure the Services Category organization can perform its duties of managing the Services Business.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing basic tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive-level employees of the organization and is recognized as the top administrative employee in the department or division.
Assists in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, maintaining calendars, and sending reminders, and assists in reserving conference rooms, setting up audio-visual equipment, and preparing meeting materials.
Answers phone calls, takes messages, responds to routine emails on behalf of executives, and filters and prioritizes incoming meetings
Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
Responsible for ensure expenses are submitted on timely manner.
Acts as a primary point of contact between upper executive-level employees of the organization and internal/external stakeholders
Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in senior/advanced general administrative support, office services, or a related field.

The pay range for this position is $31 up to $44 per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The base pay range for this role is $65 450 up to $93 250annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
