As the Academic Careers Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and assisting the Director of Healthcare Careers for all recruitment and employment initiatives supporting all positions within Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH), in collaboration with the Chief Clinical Officer/VP, Chief Nursing Officer/VP, Chief Health Ops Officer/VP and Chief Support Srvcs Officer/VP.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.HR may accept directly related professional experience for the required education on a 1-year:1-year basis. Preferred:
Required Certification/License/Registry: Valid state driver license. Required to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and with a minimum of two (2) years of licensed driving experience. Required to supply a seven (7)-year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) prior to employment. Will have received no more than two (2) minor violations in the past three (3) years and zero (0) major violations in the past five (5) years. NOTE: Use of personal vehicle(s) required. Vehicle owner must maintain adequate insurance coverage for personal vehicle(s) used in conjunction with duties. Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) will reimburse the business use of personal vehicle(s) in accordance with procedures defined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
