HR Admin Intern

For the Transmission Division HR team we are looking for an HR Administration Internship. The person will report to the business unit Sr HRBP, with focus on the activities related to the population based in Italy but with the opportunity to experience international tasks.

Who are we looking for?

The main duties of the role are:   

To provide support to the employees in their daily queries on a wide range of HR matters

To assist HR colleagues with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks

To participate in team activities to identify opportunities for simplifying and driving efficient improvements

To support decision-making actions with statistics, reports, and performance

To partner with business leaders for aligning HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals and priorities

Key requirements

Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or similar discipline

Proficiency English level (written and spoken)

Good problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges
