Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources and Office Administration for our operations in the Philippines. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, day-to-day HR operations, and general administrative functions, including office leasing, renovations, facilities management, and compliance with local regulations.

Manage office lease agreements, renewals, and coordinate office setup and renovations as needed Handle general office administration including utilities, office supplies, vendor contracts, and equipment maintenance Coordinate with IT teams/vendors to ensure proper setup and maintenance of technical infrastructure Ensure proper handling of business permits, compliance certificates, and all required documentation Liaise with government agencies and external service providers as necessary
