HR & Admin Specialist
Recruitment Manages the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a seamless and efficient process through posting job ads, sourcing applicants, interviews, conducting initial screening, administering tests, and other related activities. Guides applicants through pre-employment requirements and assists in the onboarding process for newly hired employees including orientation sessions and paperwork completion Assists in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Compensation and Benefits

Manages and maintains payroll in HRIS. Prepares and processes payroll by conducting pre-payroll and post-payroll activities. Facilitates enrollment, update of information, remittance, and benefit claims from government agencies (e.g. SSS, HDMF, PHIC) Supports the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other employee perks. Assists employees with benefits-related inquiries and provides information on available benefits options. Processes the BIR 2316 form (Certificate of Compensation Payment or Income Tax Withheld) of employees Collaborates with external vendors and providers to ensure timely and accurate administration of benefits. Prepares HR-related reports for compliance requirements.

3. Employee Relations

Handles offboarding activities of resigning employees such as exit clearance and offboarding requirements, etc. Assists in company events and activities.

4. HR Documentation and System

Manages 201 files and HR documentation ensuring information are accurate and up-to-date Updates employee information and records in HRIS. Maintains repositories of HR guidelines, policies, references, and templates, ensuring these are accessible to the employees
