Delivering the highest quality of service in personal administration and payroll operations by gathering, reviewing, and preparing data for payroll and personal administration activitiesRunning required controls of payroll output, documentation and reportsPayroll and personnel administration documents’ flow managementPreaparing documents regarding employees' life cycleHandling highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrityEntering and updating data in HR and payroll systemAnswering employee’s questionsVerifying employees’ work time evidence (time sheets)Preparing reports, data for statutory reporting, ad hoc reports etc.Preaparing, updating and reviewing procedures, process descriptions, guidesEnsuring all data is delivered and process is run in accordance with set deadlinesClose coopration with External Payroll VendorTaking active part in local and global ad hoc projects What you'll bring  Min. 2 years of proven experience in the field of HR Administration/payroll or related fieldWorking knowledge of labour law and regulations: income tax, social security regulations, work time, etc.Very good knowledge of English (C1) and Polish (native)Excellent organizational skills and attention for detailsAvailability for an office-based jobVery good knowledge of ExcelGood verbal and written communications skillsExcellent planning and organizational skillsStress resilience and ability to work under time pressureWork experience in Shared Services/Outsourcing company would be an asset (especially in HR Administration/Payroll area)Ability to work as a part of the team and using own initiative
