Title: Administrative Assistant - Human Resources

Salary: $59,000 - $71,000

Focus: The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources team including payroll support, talent acquisition, new employee onboarding, and employee/labor relations. 

HR Administrative Assistant Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate and assist with local administration of talent acquisition activities, as well as new hire onboarding and orientation processesProcess payroll using Kronos timekeeping systemPull HR related reports, submit forms, and other HR-related activitiesCompose routine letters, templates, and memoranda, and assist with site-based communications (newsletters, town halls, etc.)Maintain confidential records and filesResearch a wide variety of information requests independently

HR Administrative Assistant Minimum Requirements: 

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree* in business discipline preferred3+ years of administrative support experience or 1+ years of Human Resources experience; Experience in a manufacturing environment preferredAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Workday, Kronos, and UKG Dimensions preferredPrior Applicant Tracking Software experience preferredExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracyAbility to work autonomously and follow-throughPrior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
