Our client in Westborough, MA is looking to hire an HR Administrator. As an HR Administrator, you will support the HR department and manages various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will need familiarity with HR management systems (HRMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is often required. Overall, the HR Administrator acts as a bridge between HR functions and employees, ensuring an organized and supportive work environment.
The Day-to-Day:
Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Recruitment Support: Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires and handling exit procedures for departing employees.Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assisting with payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.Policy Compliance: Ensuring that HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.Employee Support: Addressing employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related topics.Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.Qualifications:
High School DiplomaAbility to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and prioritize work efficiently.Ensuring accuracy in record-keeping, payroll processing, and document handling.Clear written and verbal communication for interacting with employees, candidates, and other stakeholders.Maintaining employee privacy and handling sensitive information with professionalism.Ability to address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies or payroll matters.Basic understanding of employment regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws.Managing deadlines and handling high volumes of tasks efficiently.Empathy and patience for supporting employees and working collaboratively with HR teams.Being flexible and able to adjust to changing policies or new HR processesPay Rate/Shifts:
$27.00 /hrMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PMThursday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PMSunday & Saturday, OFF
