HR Administrator
JSG is seeking a temporary Human Resources Administrator for our client in Chatsworth, CA.  

Position Purpose/Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will support the general office and HR by performing a variety of administrative tasks related to employee relations and compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with HR & Office staff to assist with the day-to-day operations of the department.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following: Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files and HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Documentation: Ensure employee documentation, such as contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, are stored and organized according to company policies. Compliance & Reporting: Assist with maintaining compliance with labor relations and legal requirements.  Ensure proper documentation and filing in accordance with legal and company standards. Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations. Follow company safety policies and procedures. Performs additional duties as requested
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications  Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus. Previous administrative or HR experience Knowledge: Knowledge of HR Software (Paylocity) highly desired Familiarity with HR documents Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Licenses/Certifications:

Work Requirements
Mon-Friday 8:30AM- 4:30PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM

Salary - $25.50 - $26.00/hr.
