Overview Under supervision of the HR Supervisor, the HR Administrator-LOGCAP is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective Human Resources strategies and programs for LOGCAP encompassing all areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to, international human resources, compensation, benefits, recruitment, HRIS, training, employee relations, policy administration, employee communications, metrics analysis and reporting, and new LOGCAP Task Order support. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective Human Resources strategies and programs for LOGCAP encompassing all areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to, international human resources, compensation, benefits, recruitment, HRIS, training, employee relations, policy administration, employee communications, metrics analysis and reporting, and new LOGCAP Task Order support Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge in all areas of HR, both internally and externally Apply knowledge of direction and trends in HR best practices. Ensure HR programs support and are aligned with both the business needs, program values and priorities Assist with corporate HR initiatives & Special Projects as required. Transfer knowledge and provide guidance to leadership as appropriate to support business objectives Qualifications Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. IV-Specialist: High School/GED/Associates preferred Experience: 5+ Experience Performs advanced tasks Skills & Technology Used: Excellent computer, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills required. Ability to work independently and manage in a team environment. Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service in exigent circumstances Working Environment: The worker is subject to extreme cold. Temperatures typically below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity. The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity. The worker is subject to noise. There is enough noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. The worker is subject to hazards.
