Job Description

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and passionate HR Administrator to join our team based Swadlincote. Supporting with processing of weekly payroll and management of the time and attendance system, you will provide an effective, efficient HR service, encompassing the complete employee lifecycle. 

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00

Key Duties of an HR Administrator:

Provide administrative assistance in the recruitment process, taking ownership of recruitment campaignsIssue Employee paperwork such as Offer letters, Principal Statements and leaver lettersConduct employee HR induction workshopsOwnership of administrative duties such as annual leave bookings, ordering consumables such as D+A tests, eyecare vouchersAdminister the pension payments submissions, starters and leavers and auto-enrolmentReview, monitor and liaise with line mangers regarding employee processes such as probationary reviews, return to work interviews etcProvide all first line advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee related issues where required and advise the HRBP of concerns or issuesmanage the maintenance of the T+A system and payroll, liaising with line managers to resolve any queries.Produce and monitor KPI’sMonitor employee absence levels and escalate cases to HRPB

Qualifications

To apply for the role of HR Administrator you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar roleCIPD level 3 qualification preferableHigh level of accuracyAbility to prioritise work and meet deadlinesHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsAbility to recognise opportunity to enhance processesGood level of IT skills
