Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide general administrative services at the business level. Each day, you will perform general administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the HR Department in Brno Heršpická. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tPrinting and compiling employment contractsSupport for onboarding new employees (creating onboarding packages for new hires)•\tCreating reports (vacations, sick leave, and transportation allowances)•\tArranging internships and excursions for elementary, secondary, and university students + arranging internship contracts•\tAdministrative support for educational activities and language training•\tSupport for HR projects including employee training and preparation of training materials: - Implementation of Workday and digitalization of workers•\tNew Benefits Portal•\tAdministrative support for the HR department
Qualifications for the role\tSecondary/University education\tAdvanced knowledge of English\tKnowledge of MS Office, especially Excel\tResult-oriented, customer-focused approach\tAbility to attend the office at least 2 days a week
