HR Administrator supports teams with handling administration of offshore employee data, has the responsibility of handling travel documentation and supports crewing teams with updating HR systems upon request.Your responsibilitiesSupporting Crewing Coordinators and Rig Teams upon request with offshore employee data updates to the systemsUploading and collecting personnel documentation upon requestArranging travel documentation, visas and work permits for offshore employees per process created by HR AdvisoryTracking and renewing visas and work permitsSupporting with preparing reportsSupporting Crewing Coordinator with creating Audit Trails for offshore employees

Our requirementsFormal education at bachelor level or equivalentExcellent English communication skills (B2/C1)Strong service-mindsetAttention to detailsFlexibility, Pro-activeness, and prioritization skills are required
