Job Profile Summary Description
This role has overall accountability for delivering the end-to-end process for background checking for new and existing employees for the company
Principal Accountabilities
• Contract approval ATOs / Offer letters: Once a candidate is selected, the recruitment team initiates the contract approval process and prepares offer letters. This involves coordinating with hiring managers and HR to ensure all terms are correct and compliant.
• Arranging interviews, After the initial system setup, your will be required to schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates. This includes liaising with hiring managers, booking meeting rooms or setting up virtual interviews, and sending out invitations to all parties involved.
• Onboarding forms: You prepare and distribute various onboarding forms for new hires to complete. These may include personal information forms, tax documents, and policy acknowledgments.
• Boris set ups: New employees are entered into the Boris system, which likely serves as the central HR database. This involves inputting personal details, job information, and other relevant data.
• User IDs: Working with the IT department, you ensure that new starters are set up with appropriate user IDs for all necessary systems and software.
• Payroll: You coordinate with the finance team to set up new employees in the payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payment from their start date.
• Distributing new starter packs: You compile and distribute comprehensive information packs to new hires, which may include company policies, employee handbooks, and other relevant materials.
• IT & equipment & ID badge ordering/requests: You coordinate with IT and facilities teams to order necessary equipment (like laptops and phones), arrange for ID badges, and ensure workspaces are properly set up for new starters.
