Job Vacancy: HR Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: £13.13 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Department: Human Resources (HR)
Reports to: HR Manager
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our HR department. You will provide key administrative support across HR functions, ensuring a smooth colleague experience from on boarding to off boarding. Acting as a main point of contact, you will handle inquiries, ensure GDPR compliance, and maintain accurate HR records to support efficient HR operations.
Key Accountabilities:Manage HR email accounts, addressing colleague questions and requests promptly and professionally.Assist with recruitment activities and the on boarding process for new colleagues.Compile and process colleague documentation and records accurately, maintaining up-to-date HR systems.Carry out clerical duties such as arranging travel and meetings, processing documents, and collating information.Respond to inquiries and complaints from internal and external parties through written, face-to-face, or telephone communication as appropriate.Help with processing leavers and supporting the off boarding journey for departing colleagues.
Skills and Experience:Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious experience in an administrative role, preferably in HRProficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and correspondenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIf you have the relevant experience and are looking for an exciting new opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
