Insight Global is looking for an HR Administrator to join a top automation client on a contract basis with the intention to convert permanent after 6 months. This resource will be responsible for creating requisitions, contractor onboarding from initial set up, making purchase orders, system onboarding, updating Excel spreadsheets, renewing contracts, and driving the continuous improvement of the contractor life cycle. This may also include facilitating the sending and moving of resources between sites and coordinating communication between vendors, site administrators, and the team at Cambridge headquarters. You will work with IT, HR, and accounts teams to ensure that all necessary steps are taken and act as act as the gatekeeper for the deployment of subcontractors to site. Additional responsibilities involve supply chain duties related to quality and processing of deviated materials. This is a hybrid position that requires the successful candidate to be onsite at the Cambridge headquarters 2-3 days/week.
