HR Administrator (m/f/x)

For our Sales and Service Company in Slovenia we are seeking an agile, customer-focused, and solution-oriented HR Administrator (m/f/x) for our Accounting and Human Resources Department in Ljubljana.

 

As HR Administrator (m/f/x) you …

Coordinate with external accounting and prepare monthly payroll documents.

Monitor and process employee entries, exits, and insurances.

Maintain HR data and digital personnel files in Workday.

Handle social security registrations and de-registrations, including the calculation of mileage and other benefits.

Track important dates, such as anniversaries and length of service.

Coordinate and process medical examinations and support staff planning.

Notify employees of annual leave days and report telework days.

Organize business travel and manage expense reporting in accordance with company policy.

Report on costs and transfer cost centers to payroll.

Monitor and report on employee absences, including leave, sick leave, and overtime.

You´ve come to the right place in our team if you have …

A professional qualification in economics or business.

At least 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, with experience in payroll preferred.

Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll processes, and labor law.

Basic understanding of finance and accounting

Proficiency in MS Office applications, time recording systems, and HR systems (Workday); knowledge of SAP preferred.

Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

An independent, meticulous, and proactive approach to work.

A high sense of responsibility and discretion.

The ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
