About the role

The HR Advisor is responsible for driving the administration of HR processes related to employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, time and attendance, leave of absence, etc.

 

Key responsibilities include

Execution of complex Local HR processes in line with existing policies and procedures, assuring high-quality data management Timely escalation of complex queries to the Senior Advisor Sharing best practices with the team, striving for continual improvements in service delivery Handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, time and attendance, leave of absence, etc. Maintain accurate employee records, master data and HR databases. This involves updating and organizing employee information, such as personal details, employment history, performance evaluations etc. Accurate records are crucial for various HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. Prepare and execute communications and necessary follow-up. This includes communicating important information to employees, such as policy updates, benefits changes, or training opportunities. You may use various communication channels, such as email, intranet portals, or employee newsletters, to ensure employees are well-informed. Additionally, you will perform follow-up on employee inquiries, concerns, or requests, providing timely and accurate responses. Prepare and execute reports and create necessary analyses. This involves generating reports on various HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment statistics, or training effectiveness. These reports help HR professionals and organizational leaders make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you may conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, or correlations within the employee data, enabling you to develop strategies for enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and retention. Provide support in administrational tasks and follow-up on leave of absence Manage Time & Attendance processes and reporting Perform translation of employee documentation, training and communications to local languages Primary contact for HR inquiries from (white and blue collar) employees, managers and HR colleagues related to HR policies, Time & Attendance and Workforce administration Keeping employees updated on the status of open queries Liaising with HR colleagues as required to resolve the query

 

About you

Bachelor’s degree preferred Fluent in English, both written and oral Excellent time management skills Attention to detail Must be able to handle sensitive HR information in a confidential and professional manner Proficiency in HRIS systems Tech-savvy Must be able to handle sensitive HR information in a confidential and professional manner Proficiency in HRIS systems Tech-savvy
