Job Description

Global Employee Services (GES) is a global contact center operation responsible for providing solutions to any inquiries about Intel Human Resources (HR) products and services related to payroll, benefits, focal, performance management, executive services, and escalation support for Intel’s 100,000+ employees and dependents around the globe.  

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving internal customers' (Intel employees) queries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR internal programs. In this role, you will gather and clarify information from internal customers through various methods, research relevant guidelines, and respond to inquiries promptly.
You will support internal customers through the following channels: chats, phone calls, and web tickets (emails).


When dealing with more complex queries, you may collaborate with other HR stakeholders within or across different functions.


Additionally, you will be expected to provide training, coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company policies.


Qualifications

What We Require:

Work Schedule: Primarily workingSunday through Thursday, but occasionally Monday through Friday (typically, you will work Sunday through Thursday for 2-3 weeks at a time).Communication Skills: A very good level of English (written and verbal) is required.Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or close to finishing a Master's Degree.Skills: Customer service, communication, active listening, empathy, problem-solving, quality-oriented mindset, attention to detail, openness, and flexibility.

Working Model
