The Client:
A unique opportunity to join a leading business in the insurance space, in a newly created role as HR Advisor. The HR team is small and highly successful, operating on a global level; this role will report to the HR Business Partner and also work with different internal/external stakeholders. It is an exciting time to join the company which is growing and evolving!
***Prior experience leading ER cases is a must to apply.***
About the HR Advisor role:
This is a generalist HR role with a breadth of responsibilities and the opportunity for development. Duties will include:
Working with all HR team members (UK and globally) to draft new/update existing global policiesHR administration - such as documentation and background checksEnd to end onboarding for new joiners and manage leavers process, drafting employment contracts and contract change lettersAnalyse and audit existing HR processes in place and analyse data to identify areas for improvementSupporting the team to embed WorkdayHR project supportOther duties as necessary.Required Experience & Skills:
Prior HR generalist experience (to Advisor level) from a similar insurance or financial services environment is strongly desiredSolid understanding of employment legislationPrior experience handling Employee Relations matters independently is requiredExperience with Workday would be beneficialPart of full CIPD qualification desirableStrong customer/client service skillsProfessional communication across a range of stakeholders and the ability to work with discretion when managing highly confidential informationTeam-orientated and also comfortable working autonomouslyStrong organisation and time management skillsCompetent Microsoft Office skills.Further Details:
