PURPOSE STATEMENT Lead and deliver a comprehensive HR administrative service to the business. Support the HR Manager, Payroll and Engagement related activities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES General HR administration for employee lifecycle events Support HR calendar activities Produce regular MI reports on key stats to help identify areas for improvement or focus for the team and the business Support the facilitation of workshops/training activities to ensure all managers have the relevant level of training/coaching and support to manage their people Work with WHQ on global HR initiatives and projects Provide advice and guidance to line managers on HR processes and procedures, supporting the HR Manager as appropriate Supporting line managers in complex ER cases, ensuring they are conducted with a consistent approach Support recruiting and onboarding activities to include; adverts, interviews, documentation preparation, offer and contract letters, background checking etc Keep abreast and up to date on employment matters and legislative changes Occupational health referrals and scheduling

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Critical
•    Experience in a similar role
•    Understands HR policies and practices and has awareness of employment law
•    Acts with integrity, sensitivity, confidentiality and professionalism
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
•    Excellent communication skills with experience of building relationships across all levels of the organisation
•    Solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work at pace and cope with ambiguity
•    Strong planning and organisation skills
•    A ‘can do’ attitude
•    Embraces change proactively
•    Excellent attention to detail 
•    The ability to challenge the status quo

Desirable

•    CIPD level 3 qualified
•    Experience of designing and facilitating workshops/training
•    Project management skills
•    Experience of Success Factors (or other SAP based HRIS’s)
