HR Advisor Senior Lead, Wealth

The Senior Human Resources (HR) Advisor will support the NAM Citigold and Citi Private Client organization responsible for seamless delivery of HR services to this organization in partnership with the HR Business Partner and HR Disciplines teams. The NAM Citigold and Citi Private Client (CPC) organization has approximately 1400 employees throughout the United States. The Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the Head of NAM Citigold and CPC and his leadership team to deliver human capital strategies in support of the business. **Responsibilities:** + Provide broad range of HR consulting services to Organization as well as provide advice on Human Capital areas such as talent management, organization effectiveness, and employee engagement + Serve as strategic business partner with senior business line management to recommend, develop, and execute business plans + Partner with a team of HR professionals to accomplish established goals and deliver HR services to the team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) + Develop, attract, and retain talent as well as mentor and develop junior staff. Business is adding 150 new Financial Advisors over the next 2 years. + Recommend staffing levels required to carry out unit roles and responsibilities while establishing and adhering to talent management processes, compensation, and performance management programs + Anticipate, evaluate, and respond appropriately to developments in the local and international environments impacting HR policy and Identify and resolve key complex and diverse HR issues + Serve as key advisor to Strategy, Planning, and Regional Business Heads for all HR related issues + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. **Qualifications:** + 15+ years of relevant experience + Experience in people management + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience + Master’s degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Human Resources ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** HR Advisors & Generalist ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Jacksonville Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $170,000.00 - $300,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
